ARE YOU DECEIVED BY FALSE TEACHERS

· 2 Timothy 4:3-4 says

"For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables."

· 1 Timothy 4:1 says

"Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons..."

· Matthew 8:20 says

"And Jesus said to him, 'Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head.'"

· 1 Timothy 6:5-10 says

"useless wranglings of men of corrupt minds and destitute of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a means of gain. From such withdraw yourself. Now godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content. But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows."

· 1 Corinthians 4:11-13 says

"To the present hour we both hunger and thirst, and we are poorly clothed, and beaten, and homeless. And we labor, working with our own hands. Being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we endure; being defamed, we entreat. We have been made as the filth of the world, the off scouring of all things until now."

It seems like there has never been a time when so many people appear to be deceivers, and so many people are deceived. The Bible tells us in 2nd Timothy 3:13, "Evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived." God understands deception and how it works in all its forms, and nothing about our society has taken God by surprise.

Furthermore, God wants His children — you and me — to understand deception, to know when someone is trying to deceive us, and to know if we have become deceived in some area. There are many scriptures on the topic.

The Truth is the most powerful weapon on earth. Men and women who are evil fear the truth. Proverbs 21:15 (NAS) says, "The execution of justice is joy for the righteous, but is terror to the workers of iniquity." Governments have toppled, wars have been won or lost, and living souls have gone into eternal Heaven or Hell simply over whether the truth was known.

One of the unique characteristics of deception is that people are immediately cured of deception the moment they discover they have the "disease". When you discover you have been deceived, you no longer are deceived! Don't you wish every disease was cured simply by discovering you had it?

My opinion is that most Christians don't realize how often they have been deceived. The Bible has many warnings on the topic — because it is such a frequent possibility. We receive communication daily from neighbors, people on the job, salesmen, the media, and politicians. The opportunities to be deceived are almost endless. The following are a few of the scriptures addressing this issue of deception:

Take heed that no one deceives you. “Mark 13:8"

For those who are such do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly, and by smooth words and flattering speech deceive the hearts of the simple." Rom. 16:18 .

"For if anyone thinks himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself." .Galatians 6:3

"For there are many insubordinate, both idle talkers and deceivers, especially those of the circumcision." Titus 1:10.

There are many scriptures about this topic however never ever before are the conditions so prepared for deeper deception than what it is at this time in church history!

We the elect will be challenged and seriously those of you who are full of you will not see it happen to you because spiritually you are blind.

The deceivers are – Benny Hinn; Creflo Dollar; Kenneth Copeland; Joyce Myers; Joel Osteen and many others!

The bible warns us and it continues to tell us to check the fruits of those who teach you and measure them against what the word says about the true servants of God!

We are not promised this earth but rather the Government of God as one of His chosen and assigned!

Watch your back brethren – even Satan comes as a light to those who are still uncertain who they are in the Lord and still do not know their true identity.

It is definitely not this earth or it physical present conditions with its spiritual sickness that is to be our home for awhile!
